This policy describes how the Yskra service (yskra.pl) uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixel tags).

§1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser to remember preferences, sessions, and analyse usage.

§2. Cookies we use

a) Necessary (always on)

Required for core functionality (login, purchases, chat). Basis: ePrivacy art. 5(3) — strictly necessary.

  • iskra_session — keeps the logged-in session.
  • iskra_csrf — CSRF protection.
  • iskra_cookie_consent_v1 — your cookie choices.
  • NEXT_LOCALE — UI language.

b) Analytics (consent required)

Help us understand usage to improve the service. Basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.

  • PostHog (PostHog, Inc. — EU region) — traffic stats, session recordings, conversion funnels.

c) Marketing (consent required)

Measure ad performance and personalise content. Basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.

  • Google Ads — conversion + remarketing.
  • Meta Pixel — conversion + remarketing.
  • TikTok Pixel — conversion + remarketing.

§3. Consent and withdrawal

  1. On first visit you see a cookie banner where you can choose "Accept all", "Necessary only" or customise.
  2. You can change the choice anytime via "Cookies" link in the footer.
  3. You can manage cookies in browser settings.

§4. Retention

  • Session cookies — deleted on browser close.
  • Persistent cookies — 30 days to 13 months depending on provider.
