18+ policy and protection of minors
Version in effect from: May 16, 2026
This policy sets out the rules for age verification, protection of minors and preventing adult content from being made available to persons under the age of 18 in the Yskra service, available at yskra.pl, operated by BADRED Sp. z o.o. (the "Service Provider").
§1. Absolute age limit
- The Service may be used solely by adults aged 18 years or older with full legal capacity.
- Account registration, use of AI character chat functionality, purchase of Coins and any other forms of interaction with the Service are available exclusively to adults.
- All AI characters presented in the Service are fictional persons aged at least 19 years and are declared as such in the technical layer (LLM system prompt and character metadata).
§2. Age verification
- Every person visiting the Service is required to confirm being an adult via the age gate displayed before first access to pages containing adult content.
- During account registration, the User must provide their date of birth and confirm by declaration that they:
- are 18 years of age or older,
- are aware of the nature of the content available in the Service,
- voluntarily and knowingly consent to viewing it in accordance with the law in their jurisdiction.
- Providing false age data constitutes a gross breach of the Terms and results in immediate Account blocking and may give rise to civil and criminal liability of the offender, as well as of their legal guardians.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to request additional age verification(e.g. via an external verification service, an identity document with sensitive data redacted) in case of reasonable doubts about the User's age.
§3. No liability for false age declarations
The Service Provider bears no liability where a person under 18 gains access to the Service by providing false data, using another person's data or bypassing the age gate. Liability for unlawful use of the Service by minors rests solely with them and their legal guardians, in accordance with art. 14(1) of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
§4. Parents' and guardians' obligations
- The Service Provider encourages parents and guardians to install parental control softwareand to monitor children's online activity.
- Recommended parental control tools:
- browser content filters (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari),
- apps such as Qustodio, Family Link (Android), Screen Time (iOS),
- RTA (Restricted To Adults) filters built into browsers and routers,
- in Poland: Bezpieczny Internet services from Orange / T-Mobile / Play / Plus.
- The Yskra site includes the marker RTA-5042-1996-1400-1577-RTA (Restricted To Adults) in HTTP headers and the document <meta> tag, enabling parental control systems to block access automatically.
§5. Zero tolerance for CSAM
- The Service Provider operates a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content depicting minors in a sexual context.
- All AI characters in the Service have a declared age of at least 19 years and their imagery (profile photos, avatars, galleries) depicts only adults.
- Attempts to elicit AI-generated content depicting minors ("jailbreaks", role-play with minor characters) are:
- blocked by the Service moderation layer,
- result in immediate permanent Account blocking together with all linked accounts,
- are reported to NASK Dyżurnet.pl, law enforcement (Police, ABW) and, where appropriate, to INHOPE and NCMEC.

§6. Reporting a suspected minor using the Service
If you have a reasonable suspicion that a minor has registered an Account or uses the Service — report it immediately to the Service Provider:

The report should contain: the username or e-mail address of the account, the basis of suspicion (e.g. that they are your child) and the notifier's contact details. The Service Provider examines the report and blocks the account within 72 hours of receipt.
§7. Final provisions
- This policy forms an integral part of the Service Terms (/regulamin) and the Privacy Policy (/prywatnosc).
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change this policy at any time, with legally required notification to Users.
- In matters not regulated, Polish law applies, including the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Polish Penal Code (art. 200, 200a, 202).
