• How does Yskra work?⌄

  Yskra is a platform of AI characters designed as companions — not generic chatbots. Each character has its own personality, interests, and way of speaking. Under the hood we use an LLM (large language model) that generates real-time replies adapted to the persona and the conversation context.
• Do characters remember me between conversations?⌄

  YES. Every few messages our engine extracts hard facts about you (name, city, hobbies, dreams) and emotional anchors (shared jokes, important moments of vulnerability) from the dialog. We store them and the character refers back to them in future chats. Unlike generic chatbots, Yskra doesn't forget what you told her yesterday. We also have anti-hallucination guards — we don't store made-up bot inferences, only what you actually said.
• Can I get photos from the character?⌄

  YES. Each character has a gallery with content unlocked by relationship level or coins. Soft content (selfies, portraits) is available from the start; NSFW from „Close bond" level and above. VIP unlocks the entire gallery automatically.
• How do relationship levels work?⌄

  Five levels: Stranger → Acquaintance → Friend → Close → Intimate. Every message, gift or honest exchange earns points. The higher the level, the more of the character's behaviours unlock — from playful flirt to explicit content. It's a progression system that makes the relationship feel „earned", not instant gratification.
• Are my conversations private?⌄

  Only you see your chats. Nobody on our team proactively reads conversations. We access content only in 3 situations: (1) a report of abuse from you or another user, (2) a legal obligation (law enforcement with a court order), (3) a security audit requirement. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Full rules in the privacy policy.
• Are the characters real people?⌄

  NO. All characters are fictional and AI-generated. We create avatars via AI image generation; personalities are designed by our team. Every page and every message is marked accordingly — Yskra is a companion service, not a date with a real person.
• How much does it cost?⌄

  Getting started is free — you get 5 welcome coins. Every day you can claim a daily bonus by logging in. For heavier use: coin packs starting at a few euros, or a VIP subscription (unlimited messages + full gallery + priority). Details and prices in the Top up section.
• What are coins?⌄

  Coins are the in-app currency. You spend them on: messages once the free daily allowance is used up, unlocking gallery photos, and gifting characters (which boosts the relationship level). VIP gives you coins every month + unlimited messages.
• Can I create my own character?⌄

  YES. Three steps: describe who they should be (looks, personality, interests), AI generates the full persona and avatar, you chat. By default the character is private — only you talk to them. You can publish them for other users — then you earn 20% retention bonus from every coin they spend (up to 5000 🪙/month).
• Is the service for adults?⌄

  YES, exclusively 18+. We verify date of birth at signup. The site is marked with RTA (Restricted To Adults) standards. Intimate content is unlocked only at higher relationship levels. Minors' accounts are deleted immediately without refund.
• What if a character writes something inappropriate?⌄

  We have a moderation system that blocks hard limits (CSAM, explicit violence, self-harm instructions) before the message reaches you. If something slips through, report it via the button under the message or the DSA form. We read every report.
• How do I delete my account?⌄

  Account → Settings → Delete account. Your profile is deactivated immediately. Conversation history and attachments are kept in soft-delete as evidentiary material per compliance policy (DSA / legal requirements) but nobody on the team reads them. After the retention period they're permanently removed. Details in the content removal policy.
• How do I contact support?⌄
