Community Guidelines
Version in effect from: May 16, 2026
These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") set out the standards of behaviour that apply to all Users of the Yskra service operated by •••••••••••••••••. The Guidelines complement the Terms of Service, the Prohibited Content Policy and the Content Removal Policy.
§1. Adulthood requirement
The Service may be used only by adults (18+). Detailed age verification rules are described in the 18+ Policy.
§2. Mutual respect
- Use the Service in a civil manner, regardless of which character you are talking to.
- Although the characters in the Service are fictional and AI-generated, your behaviour is analysed for compliance with the law and these Guidelines.
- Do not impersonate other people, use real people's personal data, images or identity — see Content Removal Policy.
§3. Prohibited content (full list)
The full list of prohibited content is in the Prohibited Content Policy. In short, the following is prohibited in particular:
- any content depicting minors, in particular of a sexual nature (CSAM) — zero tolerance,
- content depicting rape, non-consensual sexual exploitation (non-consent), realistic sexual violence,
- content depicting zoophilia, necrophilia, cannibalism and other deviations listed in art. 202 § 3 of the Polish Penal Code,
- content glorifying terrorism, genocide, crimes against humanity, fascism, Nazism, communism and other totalitarian regimes (art. 256 of the Polish Penal Code),
- content impersonating real persons (celebrities, politicians, neighbours) — see the Content Removal Policy,
- spam, phishing, malware, attempts at password theft, attacks on infrastructure,
- AI jailbreaks aimed at bypassing moderation, including attempts to elicit any prohibited content from the model,
- content infringing copyright, trademarks, image rights,
- content inciting hatred on grounds of race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender or disability (art. 256–257 of the Polish Penal Code),
- misleading content, especially in matters of health, medicines, finance or law (e.g. "advice on how not to pay tax").
§4. Platform safety and integrity
- Do not test, bypass or weaken Service security measures (firewall, rate-limit, CAPTCHA, AI moderation).
- Do not use automation, bots, scrapers or third-party clients other than the official Yskra app.
- Do not share your account with third parties. Each account should be used by one person.
- Do not create a duplicate account after a ban (ban-evasion) — this is treated as a separate violation.
§5. Commercial activity and solicitation
- Do not advertise services, products, websites or other platforms (Snapchat, Telegram, OnlyFans, etc.) in chats with AI characters.
- Do not solicit AI characters for contact details or to meet "in real life". All characters are fictional.
- Do not try to extract passwords, credit cards, BLIK codes, cryptocurrency from AI characters. (This information does not exist on the AI side — these are abuse attempts.)
§6. Your responsibility for prompts and outputs
- You bear full responsibility for the content you enter and for the outputs you receive as a result of your prompts.
- Generating illegal content via prompts (e.g. attempts to elicit CSAM descriptions, weapon-building instructions, illegal substances) results in immediate Account blocking and — in serious cases — referral to law enforcement.
- Content you generate may be monitored, archived and analysed by the moderation layer to protect Service safety and other Users (in accordance with the Privacy Policy).
§7. Consequences of violations
Depending on severity and recurrence of the violation, we may apply:
- warning + education (by e-mail or in-app),
- temporary feature restriction (e.g. no messaging for 24h),
- permanent blocking of the account and all linked accounts,
- referral to law enforcement (CSAM, terrorism, criminal threats, financial fraud),
- pursuit of damages where the Service Provider or third parties have suffered harm.
§8. Reporting violations
If you notice a violation of these Guidelines, report it:
- via the form /dsa (reporting illegal content under the DSA),
- by e-mail: contact@yskra.pl,
- for CSAM — via /skarga-csam.
§9. Changes to the Guidelines
The Service Provider may amend these Guidelines. Any material change will be announced with at least 14 days' notice (by e-mail or in-app), and continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means acceptance.
